BOOKS YOU NEED TO OWN

This is my all time favorite educational book having to do with nutrition and wellness. Freeing yourself from "food drama" is life changing! Kelly Leveque is so personable and knowledgeable, I recommend this for everyone.

Being a big fan of Ms. Leveque, I had to read to this book after she had suggested it on her blog! Max Lugavere has a really great case against eating excess carbs due to the many health risks, including Alzheimer's. This read makes you rethink the foods we put in our bodies to achieve optimal health.  

Dr. Brighten is such an inspiration for self advocacy. 100/10 recommend if you are a woman struggling with any sort of hormone imbalance or have any confusion about the birth control pill. She knows everything there is to know about the effects of the pill and how to help your body after being on it for some time.

I kept listening to Emily Fletcher on various podcasts, and everything she has to say about meditation amazing to me. This is a must read, whether you're new to meditation or not, because once you have her method of relieving stress, your life will become better in all ways! That sounds cheesy- but seriously, check it out for yourself!
