Nutritious + Delicious "Bloothie"

I have a smoothie almost every single day, but not the typical smoothie you could buy at any old restaurant or smoothie bar. My smoothies keep me satiated for hours on end, and that's because I try to follow Kelly Leveque's Fab Four guidelines. Low sugar (so not too much fruit!), lots of greens/veggies, healthy fats, protein and fiber. So many different recipes to create with this formula, it never gets old!!
So today I made a blueberry, low carb smoothie, or a Bloothie!! Is that cheesy? Probably.. Anyways, here's the recipe!
